Welcome to Week 2 Everyone! This week we are upping our reps to 500.
I wanted to give you guys a couple of recommendations when doing this challenge!
1. try doing this challenge 2 or 3 times a week. This will help your body get used to the number of reps you are trying to do. It will also get easier over time
2. Bring a friend along or a family member. This will just make it so much easier to do. Abs with a friend is so much better than doing it alone.
3. Have fun, play your favorite music, and take as many breaks as you need.
This ab challenge will definitely give you a stronger core but remember to listen to your body and do what you can and work your way up!
