Intense AB Workout Challenge Week 1

With the stay at home order extending for most people and days feeling a little endless, I decided to come up with a way to keep your mind and body engaged!

With what you may ask? *drum rolllllll pleasssseee!*

AN INTENSE AB CHALLENGE!

We will all be embarking on our journey to 1000 reps of abs. The challenge will begin at 400 reps of abs and then each week on Monday (Youtube + astoldbydom.com ) an extra 100 reps will be added to the circuit. So make sure to either subscribe to my youtube channel or the blog so you can stay up to date!

Having a strong core is essential to having a strong and healthy body. Think of your core the essential gear that helps stabilize your entire body.

By strengthening this muscle group you can improve your body control and balance. You can increase the amount of power you can expend. Don’t forget to reduce the risk of injury.

Week 1 1. 50 Russian Twist (total)

2. 50 Suitcases

3. 50 Toe Touches

4. 50 Penguins (total)

5. 25 Leg Lifts

6. 25 Dead Bugs (total)

7. 50 Plank Hip Dips

8. 1 Minute Plank (1-minute plank = 100 reps)
