At Home Ab + Leg Workout

Hi everyone! I hope you are all doing well and staying happy and healthy through this difficult time. Per my update yesterday, I wanted to give you all some easy workouts that you can do at home while you are self quarantining and practicing social distancing. This is definitely a routine you can do with your family and friends.

As you gain more endurance, you’ll be able to do it faster and faster!

I also wanted to apologize for such a late post. That’s only because… DUN DIDADUNNNN… I started a youtube channel. I have been working on it for some time. By working, I mean contemplating. I decided to just bite the bullet and do it especially since I was already going to be making videos for these workouts.

I’m really excited to use that platform and see where it takes us.

Also, it leaves more room on my blog for my blog to have a very interesting dynamic of video and text content!

Below is the workout routine in the text and the video to follow along. You can definitely skip ahead to the workout I believe its at about 1 minute! Enjoy and stay healthy – Domonique

1. Russian Dance for 30 Seconds

2. Rocket Jumps for 30 Seconds

3. Jump squats + pulses for 1 minute

*** Rest for 10 seconds

1. Russian Twist for 30 seconds

2. 5 Combo Sit-ups

3. Supermans for 30 seconds

4. Straight leg lifts slow down 30 seconds

5. Penguins for 30 seconds
