Killer Ab Challenge | 1000 reps

HERE IS TO THE FINALE!

We finally have made it to the end of our intense ab challenge. Let me tell you it has definitely been a journey.

After this entire challenge series, I have some noticeable differences to report.

For starters – My abs are defined then I have ever seen before.

Secondly – My form when running and jumping as definitely improved. I feel like I have more stability and overall better mechanics. That is one in part to the fact that my coach has given me very specific things to work on during isolation and two because of the strength of my auxiliary muscles.

Thirdly – I feel proud of my discipline in keeping it up for the past couple of weeks and I hope you feel the same way.

I wanted to thank everyone who has done this challenge with me from start to finish and I would love to hear all about the amazing transformations you have seen and made. I also want to thank everyone who has joined in on one week or another and grinded out an amazing session with me. You are awesome and so appreciated.
