The Venu gives you animated workouts that you can do on the app and even allows you to listen to your playlist without having your phone around.
2. Apple Watch (Link in Title)
after having the apple watch for many many years, It is apparent that this watch is pretty versatile. Meaning that it doesn’t have to be worn solely just for exercises and being that it is an apple product is pairs exceedingly well with its sister devices. While the features aren’t as high tech in my opinion as some of the other watches, it is definitely a great beginner-friendly watch for new fitness people.
3. Whoop (Link in Title)
Alright, you are probably wondering what the heck is whoop. Or if you are a fitness fiend and train in a sport or discipline like myself then you probably already know about this fitness tracker. It is not a watch however it gives you all the stats and recovery data you need to perform at your best. 4. Fitbit Inspire HR(Link in Title)
this band is perfect for beginners as well. It is also at a cheaper price point than the apple watch and while it has a smaller interface it still works really well. It tracks sleep, calories burned, and automatically tracks when you are exercising with no added hassle. my coach lends us his fit bit to time and records certain reps at practice. I would say it’s very well rounded. Most people also love how “not in your face” the entire design of the Fitbit is.
5. Motiv(Link in Title)
Unlike the other fitness trackers that you have seen. Motiv is a bit different in its entire design. This fitness tracker goes around your finger in order to give you some pretty amazing results in regard to your activity levels. Similar to the Whoop the ring does not have an interface what so ever and all data can be seen on your iPhone or Android. It measures how far you walked and run and while it doesn’t count steps per se, it does count your activity minutes which can be useful. Its small design makes it very easy to continue usage since it is a simple ring.
Reminder getting in shape and staying in shape is really hard. Sometimes, we lack accountability or even knowledge of how well we are doing at achieving our fitness goals. That is when you need something, maybe technology, or maybe a friend to help you stay on track.
So no matter what fitness tracker you choose just know that they will all cover the basics very well and it is just up to the extra information you want and the design you are looking for that matters the most in your final decision.
Good luck on your fitness journey.
